Work Out Fuel.
Earlier this summer I partnered with the fabulous team at Ketanga Fitness for one of their amazing fitness retreats. I met some wonderful people and got to train with top industry trainers, have lots of laughs and lots of fun! During the nutrition session I ran with the participants, we chatted a little about the importance of your nutrition intake when you are exercising.
