Fiber x Protein Pancakes - NEWEST EDITION.

I am constantly playing around with the pancake recipe to continue to make them new for me in the morning. This my friends, is how we avoid food boredom! 

So where as they may look identical to what I have posted 9 million times already - they tasted brand new. And are so worth a try!

So these are really the same as the GG pancakes but here is the swap - I used that new Poop Like a Champion cereal in place of the GGs. So 1/2 cup into the blender to grind down to flour. Absolutely freaking delicious. They were fluffy and let me tell you - SO FILLING. Ugh is there anything better than pancakes for breakfast?!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Poop Like a Champion high fiber cereal, blended down to flour like consistency
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 2 oz. Rebbl Spicy Vanilla Chai drink
  • 1 tsp Lily's chocolate chips

Note: banana, zuchinni, rebbl all went into the blender together as seen in the youtube vid - this is really the trick to the fluffy-ness check it out --> HSH YOUTUBE
